1. Please do not nominate a story in a category it's already won an award for. Check seasons 1 - 6 to see previous winners. Any story that IS nominated for the same category again will be discarded.

2. While we all like unfinished stories, don't nominate them.

3. Don't nominate your own stories and don't vote for yourself.

4. When its time to vote, vote only ONCE.

5. Stories MUST be archived somewhere. Fan fiction boards, blogs and live journals are not considered archive sites.  See 'Submission Guidelines' for acceptable archive sites.

6. Occasionally I'm asked 'who nominated me' by nominees, if you DON'T want anyone knowing you nominated them, please state that somewhere in the email you send with your submissions.

7. Once a story has been nominated, it's up there to stay, there is no pulling it off the list.
